Priority 1 — Community Enterprise & Micro-Entrepreneurship

Primary Program: This program serves as the central engine of RISE’s work by creating accessible pathways for community members to participate in the local economy through stabilization of immediate needs, entrepreneurship pathways, and cooperative enterprise development.

Priority 2 — Cooperative & Mutual-Aid Systems Development

This initiative strengthens community resilience by building systems that allow neighbors to share resources, skills, and support.

This program supports long-term economic stability by helping individuals and families develop practical skills that reduce financial pressure and increase independence.

This initiative promotes preventive health and strengthens community food systems through education and practical skill development.
